The renovation of Coll and Tiree cottages was completed in late 2007 and they are now available for holiday rental.
Bookings are being taken for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Please use the booking form below. We also offer low season and late availability short breaks, and low season longer rentals.
Late availability reduced price offers. We are offering a 10% discount on available bookings in April and May 2008 on the prices listed below. When enquiring please ask for the 10% discount.

Terms and Conditions
Prices are fully inclusive of all facilities described for each cottage. Bookings are from Saturday 4pm arrival to Saturday 10am departure A £100.00 deposit is required (per week or part of) on making a booking and may be paid by cheque, bank transfer or credit card/PayPal. Deposits are not refundable in case of cancellation and may be paid by cheque, bank transfer, credit card/PayPal. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival and may be paid by cheque, bank transfer, credit card/PayPal. The balance is only refundable if we are able to re-let the cottage at the same price. Each cottage is strictly non smoking and we regret pets are not allowed Our aim is to provide you with a cottage of the highest standards. We expect you to leave the cottage as clean and tidy as you find it. Any extra cleaning, or damage, will be charged for. The number of occupants is restricted to six per cottage. Babies in cots are additionally accommodated.
The owners shall not be liable for injury to person(s) or loss or damage to any property (cars etc) or personal effects, however such injury, loss or damage may occur.
